Sugar Free Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream.
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • ½ C strawberries (frozen).
  • 2 bananas (sliced and frozen).

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor add together the strawberries frozen, bananas frozen, heavy cream and vanilla extract (mix until smooth). The consistency should be like ice cream.
  2. Now, you can refreeze until firm (freeze for at least 3 hours) for the perfect ice cream or eat soft and Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor add together the almond milk, peanut butter, cream cheese, swerve, vanilla extract and vanilla stevia (process until well combined).
  2. Taste mixture and adjust sweetener if necessary.
  3. Pour it (mixture) into an ice cream maker, and then follow the machine’s directions.
  4. Mine takes about 20 minutes (like ice cream) and freeze until hard enough to scoop.
  5. Add peanuts on the top (if desired) and Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In bowl of an electric mixer, add cream cheese, swerve, stevia powder and monk fruit powder (Beat until blended).
  2. In another bowl, add together the sour and heavy cream and cocoa powder (Beat until smooth).
  3. Now, add together mixture 1 + mixture 2 + (vanilla, cherry, lemon extract) and blend well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours (until set).
  5. Now, remove the mixture from your refrigerator (Beat until creamy).
  6. Transfer mixture into the ice cream maker, and process until desired and Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ C pumpkin puree.
  • ½ C almond milk (unsweetened).
  • ½ C heavy cream.
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • 1 tsp Stevia (pumpkin liquid).

Instructions:

  1. In a blender add together, the heavy cream, almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree , liquid pumpkin, vanilla extract and salt (process on-low until just combined).
  2. Now, pour the mixture into ice-cream-maker (follow instructions for freezing) and Enjoy!

  1. In a blender, place together the frozen mixed berries, coconut milk and powdered stevia (blend until smooth).
  2. Now, adjust sweetener to your taste if desired and Enjoy!

Note: You can eat this berry ice cream straight out of the blender or store it (transfer ice cream to metal-tin and place in the freezer for 2 HS).

  1. In bowl of an electric mixer, add together the coconut milk, cocoa powder, chocolate stevia and salt (mix until combined).
  2. Okey, pour mixture into your ice cream maker, then follow manufacturer’s instructions (for freezing) and Enjoy!

Note: Eat straight away.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • 1 tbsp pure cherry flavor.
  • 1 can organic coconut milk (400-ml).
  • ½ C Swerve sweetener Or ½ C Erythritol.
  • ⅓ C Sugar free dark chocolate (grated).

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, mix together the cherry flavoring and swerve or erythritol (until combined).
  2. Then slowly add the cocoa powder and grated dark chocolate (and mix gently).
  3. Pour into the ice cream machine bowl and process according to instructions and Enjoy!

Note: Serve immediately with sugar-free dark chocolate (grated) and whipped cream.

  1. In a blender, pour vanilla almond milk and half and half (blend well), and then add vanilla extract, vanilla liquid stevia and salt (and blend until smooth).

Note: Enjoy immediately (Mine was ready in 15-mins).

  1. In bowl of an electric mixer, add together the banana, avocado, lemon juice, salt, mint extract, peppermint stevia and cacao nibs (mix until smooth).
  2. Now, you can adjust sweetener to taste (if necessary), and stir in cacao nibs (if needed).
  3. Transfer mixture to freezer for 15 to 30 minutes and Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (natural).
  • 2 bananas (semi-frozen).
  • liquid Stevia for taste (any Stevia).

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the semi-frozen bananas and blend until very smooth (No lumps).
  2. Next, place the peanut butter and continue to blend the mixture until smooth, and then add the cocoa powder and blend again.
  3. Now, taste the mixture and adjust your sweeteners (if need be).
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into a serving bowl and place it in the freezer (for 20 to 30 minutes) and Enjoy!
