Who do not love brownies? Sugar free brownies are one of the favorite cakes that everybody loves to eat especially if this baked with a yummy moist texture.

You can already eat more of this without increasing your weight, because you can now make many of these with the use of natural sweetener. There are even brownies which are made with lesser flour and uses healthier sweeteners such as the Stevia and the Erythritol which makes it low in carb.

#1 Sugar Free Brownies (V.1)

Sugar Free Chocolate Brownies v1

Ingredients:

  • 1 C gluten free four (use Bob’s Red Mill).
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum.
  • ½ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • 2/3 C applesauce (unsweetened).
  • ½ tsp baking powder.
  • 4 tbsp milk 1%.
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted).
  • 1 egg.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • 1 1/2 tsp Stevia extract.
  • ½ C sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • Optional: ½ C nuts (chopped).

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, vanilla extract, applesauce and egg.
  3. Mix together the flour, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, stevia and xanthan gum in a separate bowl. Then add wet into the dry and mix well.
  4. Add chocolate chips and stir until just combined.
  5. You can add nuts if desired (Optional).
  6. Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan or dish with parchment paper or wax paper.
  7. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle some chocolate chips over the top (if desired)!
  8. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing and Enjoy!

 

#2 Sugar Free Chocolate Brownies(V.2)

Ingredients:

  • 1 C gluten free flour (Bob’s Red Mill).
  • ½ tsp gluten-free baking powder.
  • ¼ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • 2 oz baking chocolate (unsweetened).
  • ½ C applesauce (unsweetened).
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil.
  • 4 tbsp milk of choice 1%.
  • ½ C egg whites.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • 1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • 2 tsp Stevia powder (plain).
  • 4 tsp Stevia (liquid chocolate).
  • Optional: Chocolate chips (sugar-free).

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl melt baking chocolate and coconut oil, and stir until combined, then mix in stevia powder (Set aside).
  2. In a large bowl combine gluten free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Then slowly add the baking powder, egg whites, applesauce, milk, vanilla extract and chocolate liquid stevia, then stir just until combined.
  3. Take a spoon of batter and mix it into the coconut oil and chocolate and whisk until fully incorporated, then add it all back into the mixture.
  4. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking pan or dish with non-stick cooking spray. Then pour mixture and spread out evenly.
  5. Now, you put chocolate chips on top of brownies (if desired).
  6. Bake for 24 minutes or until a wooden toothpick in center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and Enjoy!

 

#3 Sugar Free Chocolate Quinoa Brownies

Sugar Free Chocolate Quinoa Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 3 C quinoa (cooked).
  • ⅓ C ground flaxseed.
  • ½ cup applesauce (unsweetened).
  • ⅓ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • ½ tsp baking powder.
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • 2 eggs.
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp pure Stevia extract.
  • 1 tsp Stevia (vanilla liquid).
  • 1 ¼ C sugar-free chocolate chips.

Sugar-Free Frosting:

  • ¼ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • ¼ C heavy cream.
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • 1 tsp Stevia (chocolate liquid).

Instructions:

  1. To make 3 C quinoa (cooked): use 1 1/2 C dry quinoa (rinsed) with 3 C water. bring to a boil over medium heat for 13 to 15 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed.
  2. In large bowl of an electric mixer, combine the eggs, vanilla liquid stevia and applesauce. Slowly add quinoa, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, flaxseed, stevia extract and mix until completely incorporated.
  3. Line an 8 quart Crock Pot and line it with parchment-paper.
  4. Pour evenly over batter in crock and cover, then cook it for 2 hours on High or 4 hours on Low.
  5. Then onto a wire-rack to cool completely before slicing.
  6. To make frosting: whisk together heavy cream, cocoa powder, chocolate liquid stevia and vanilla extract and microwave for 20 seconds.
  7. Optional: add natural sweetener if needed, Stir well again then over the top and Enjoy!

 

#4 Sugar Free Quinoa Brownie Bites

Sugar Free Quinoa Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 C dry quinoa (rinsed and drained).
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal.
  • 1/3 c cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • ½ tsp baking powder.
  • ½ C milk 1%.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (pure).
  • 2 C water.
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp Stevia (liquid vanilla).
  • 1 ¼ C SF chocolate chips.

Sugar-Free Ganache:

  • ¼ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ C heavy cream.
  • 4 droppers Stevia (liquid vanilla).
  • 1 tbsp powdered Stevia.

Instructions:

  1. To make quinoa: use dry quinoa (rinsed) bring water and quinoa to a boil (cover) and reduce heat, for 13 to 15 minutes or until water is absorbed, then add salt & (set aside).
  2. Preheat oven to 350°.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs until frothy, then add liquid stevia and vanilla extract together with eggs.
  4. In bowl of an electric mixer, mix together the quinoa, milk, flaxseed, cocoa powder and chocolate chips until well blended.
  5. Then add the egg mixture and baking powder and beat until combined.
  6. Pour mixture into 12/24 Mini Cupcakes (muffin cups) and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Let it cool slightly, loosen edges with knife, then remove and place on wire rack until completely cooled.
  8. To make ganache: Over low heat melt cream and vanilla extract with stevia powder. In a saucepan.
  9. Once boiling, turn off the heat and add cocoa powder, stirring until smooth.
  10. Pour over brownie bites and allow ganache to set before serving and Enjoy!

 

#5 Sugar Free Fudgy Flourless Chocolate Brownies

Sugar Free Fudgy Flourless Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15.5 oz) can black beans (rinsed & drained).
  • ⅓ C coconut oil Or olive oil (melted).
  • 1 tbsp powdered Stevia.
  • 1 tsp instant coffee.
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • ¼ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • ½ tsp baking powder.
  • 2 eggs.
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon.
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • 1 ¼ C sugar-free chocolate chips (or carob chips).

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Line an 8×8 baking pan (or dish) with parchment paper, then pray parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out batter to edges of dish.
  5. And place in oven for 30 to 35 until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  6. Transfer to a wire-rack and cool for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing on a cutting board and Enjoy!

 

#6 Sugar Free Chocolate Skillet Brownie

Sugar Free Chocolate Skillet Brownie

Ingredients:

  • ½ C Gluten-free flour (Bob’s Red Mill 1-1).
  • 4 oz baking chocolate (unsweetened = Ghirardelli).
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • 8 tbsp butter (unsalted).
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • ¼ C ground flax seed.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (pure).
  • 3 eggs.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • 1 C Swerve or Erythritol.
  • ½ tsp Stevia (liquid chocolate).
  • Optional: ¼ C SF chocolate chips (Lily’s brand).

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Add one tbsp butter in skillet, place the skillet in the oven while preheating.
  3. In a microwavable bowl, melt the baking chocolate and the remaining butter for approximately one minute (stir until smooth).
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the swerve (or erythritol), flax-seed, GF flour, salt, cocoa and baking (powder), then pour the dry ingredients to the chocolate (melted), stirring frequently, until absorbed.
  5. Taste, and add more sweetener if necessary before adding eggs.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, liquid stevia and vanilla extract, then add them to the chocolate batter and stir until fully combined.
  7. Pour batter into Skillet, then add the chocolate chips if desired (Optional).
  8. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes, let cool slightly and Enjoy!

 

#7 Sugar Free Pumpkin Cream Cheese Brownies

Sugar Free Pumpkin Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ C pure pumpkin (divided).
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
  • ½ C ground flaxseed.
  • ¼ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • ½ tsp baking powder.
  • ½ C chocolate protein powder ( Use Lean Body for Her).
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (dry).
  • ⅓ C oil.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon.
  • ½ tsp Stevia (liquid cinnamon).
  • 1 ½ C s-f chocolate chips (divided).

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Topping:

  • ¼ tsp Stevia (liquid cinnamon).
  • 4 oz cream cheese.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  2. Line an 8×8 brownie dish with parchment paper.
  3. Place 1 C pumpkin and 1 ¼ C chocolate chips, into a food processor. (Reserve the rest of the pumpkin and chocolate chips for drizzling on top).
  4. In a food processor combine cocoa powder, flaxseed, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder and instant coffee.
  5. Process until combined well then add oil, eggs and liquid cinnamon stevia and process again until smooth and no lumps.
  6. Pour batter into the baking dish, spreading evenly.
  7. To make pumpkin cream cheese: Combine cream cheese, ½ C pumpkin and liquid cinnamon stevia in a stand mixer bowl (blend until smooth), then spread over the brownie batter in the baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ C chocolate chips over the top in the baking dish.
  9. Place in oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes before slicing and Enjoy!

 

#8 Sugar Free Frosted Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies

Sugar Free Frosted Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies

Ingredients:

  • ¼ C + 2 tbsp pumpkin puree.
  • ½ C coconut (shredded + unsweetened).
  • ⅓ C ground flaxseed.
  • ¾ C oil (use sunflower).
  • ½ tbsp coffee powder (instant).
  • 3 eggs.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract.
  • ½ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • ¾ tsp baking soda.
  • 1 tbsp powdered Stevia (8 grams).
  • ½ tsp liquid Stevia.

For Frosting:

  • ½ C cream.
  • 3 Ounces cream cheese.
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • ½ C stick butter.
  • 1 tbsp Stevia powder.
  • ½ tsp liquid Stevia.

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine the eggs, sunflower oil, liquid stevia and pumpkin, then add the coconut, cocoa powder, baking soda, instant coffee powder, flax seed, powdered stevia, vanilla, salt and stir until well combined.
  3. Grease a 6 x 10-inch glass dish.
  4. Pour batter into the dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 17 to 20 minutes until firm to the touch.
  6. After removing your brownies from the oven, allow to cool in the dish.
  7. It may look like a oily and separated (but when it cools it will be fine 🙂
  8. To make frosting: In an electric stand mixer beat together the butter and cream cheese, then add cocoa powder, stevia powder, cream and liquid stevia, beat until smooth and fluffy. Spread the frosting on the top of your brownies (cooled), then cut into 18 squares and Enjoy!

 

#9 Sugar Free Paleo Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

  • ½ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • 1 C almond flour.
  • ¼ tsp baking soda.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 3 eggs.
  • ½ C coconut oil (melted).
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • ½ tsp liquid stevia.
  • ⅓ C water.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use coconut oil to grease the mini muffin pans.
  3. In a medium bowl almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and combine.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk eggs then add coconut oil (melted), liquid stevia, water, vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  5. Pour wet into dry ingredients and thoroughly incorporate.
  6. Spoon in batter into greased mini muffin pans.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, until the tops have risen and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in pan for 5 to 10 minutes and Enjoy!

 

#10 Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Brownie Bark

Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Brownie Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cream.
  • ¼ C butter (melted).
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract.
  • ½ C almond flour.
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • ½ tsp baking powder.
  • 2 egg whites.
  • 1 tsp instant coffee.
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • ¾ C Swerve Sweetener.
  • ⅓ C sugar-free chocolate chips.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Line your baking sheet (pan) with parchment paper to prevent Brownies from sticking (grease parchment paper).
  3. Combine the almond flour, salt and baking powder in a small bowl.
  4. In a large bowl, beat until frothy 2 egg whites. Beat in sweetener, instant coffee and cocoa powder until smooth. Then beat in butter (melted), vanilla extract and cream. Add the almond flour mixture and beat until well combined.
  5. Pour batter onto greased parchment into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 18 minutes until puffed and set, remove from the oven and let cool 15 minutes.
  7. Use a knife to cut brownie into squares (don’t separate), and place in warm oven for 7 to 10 minutes until slightly crisp.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool and break into squares and Enjoy!
