For some people, Sugar Free Desserts is a must. Either because of health problems, because they are watching their figure or maybe they just have a sweet tooth and like to indulge.

Like us, You are probably trying to live on a healthy low carbohydrate, low sugar diet, but still want to have some fun food once in a while, and sometimes find it hard to find a good recipe.

Well, we have been trying new sugar free desserts and making some of them up and thought that we would like to share few of our favorite recipes with you to enjoy and try. We also wanted to share what some of our favorite sweeteners are with you!

#1 Sugar Free Raspberry Truffles (Dairy-Free)

These raspberry truffles are sugar free, dairy free, very rich and delicious, truffles make an easy, elegant dessert.

Sugar Free Raspberry Truffles (Dairy-Free)


  • 1 C cashew butter (unsweetened).
  • 1 C Driscoll’s raspberries (fresh).
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted).
  • ½ tsp raspberry extract.
  • a pinch of salt.
  • ½ tsp Stevia (berry liquid).
  • For outer coating: 8 oz 85-% dark chocolate.


  1. In a mixing bowl, add together the cashew butter, Driscoll’s raspberries, coconut oil (melted), berry liquid stevia, raspberry extract and salt (blend until-smooth).
  2. Using a spoon or cookie scoop make (24-truffles) and press in one raspberry into the center of each.
  3. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet Or wax paper-lined (freeze for 30-mins).
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave bowl for 30 to 60-seconds (stir until smooth).
  5. Using a skewer or a toothpick, place 1 truffle at-a-time into melted dark chocolate.
  6. Tap off excess chocolate, place back on baking sheet or wax paper.
  7. Keep refrigerated and Enjoy!


#2 Sugar Free Light Berry Frozen Yogurt

Quick and easy light berry frozen yogurt. Mixing it with a few simple ingredients, some yummy yogurt and you have a fantastically smooth and creamy dessert, guilt-free, low-fat and processed sugar-free! Plus it’s good for you!

  • 1 C plain yogurt (Brown Cow cream top).
  • ½ C milk 1%.
  • 2 C frozen berries (or any frozen fruit you’d like).
  • 1 C ice.
  • 4 droppers liquid vanilla Stevia.
  • (optional-toppings) non-dairy whipped cream, chips or chocolate chunks.


  1. Place all ingredients in your high powered blender or food processor and give it a whirl until well combined.
  2. Pour mixture into an air tight container.
  3. Put the container in the freezer for 2-3 hours (Makes 24 ounces) and Enjoy!


#3 Sugar Free Chocolate Bars

These delicious chocolate bars are sugar free and so easy to make.

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil.
  • 4 ounces cacao (unsweetened).
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice.
  • 1 ½ tbsp Stevia (powdered).
  • 1 tsp Stevia (liquid vanilla).


  1. In a sauce pan (over low heat) add together the unsweetened cacao, coconut oil, pure vanilla extract, salt, milk, liquid vanilla stevia and powdered stevia (Melt until completely smooth).
  2. Pour it into candy mold, then refrigerate (until hardened) and Enjoy!


#4 Sugar Free Lemon Pudding Cakes

The best way to describe this cake is moist and delicious. There is nothing lacking from this recipe except fat. This sugar free dessert can stand alone on it’s own. There is no need to pair this pleasing cake with anything else. The recipe itself is super simple, anyone can make this dessert anytime of the day. It’s up to you! Sugar free, low carb and gluten free!

Sugar Free Lemon Pudding Cakes



  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Whisk yolks in a large bowl then stir in flour, lemon juice, lemon zest, Stevia and heavy cream.
  3. In a stand mixer beat egg whites and slat until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
  5. Pour mixture into 8x8x2- inch baking dish, or divided among ramekins (place them in a 9 by 13 baking pan).
  6. Add 3 cups of hot water into dish and place int eh center of the oven.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or til lightly browned and puffy.
  8. Remove from water bath and allow to cool on wire rack for 1 hour.
  9. Refrigerate and chill two hours.
  10. Top with whipped cream and lemon zest if you wish, when ready to serve and Enjoy!

Bonus Baking Tip: When getting the zest of a citrus fruit always get more than what the recipe calls for. That way you can freeze the extra and have it on hand for the next recipe.


#5 Sugar Free Cheesecake Brownies

These sugar free brownies are so simple you can even let the kids help fix these cheesecake brownies!

Topping (Cheesecake):

  • 1 egg.
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened).
  • ¼ C Swerve.
  • ½ tsp Stevia (vanilla liquid).


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a stand mixer add together the eggs, butter, sour cream, pure vanilla extract and stevia (chocolate liquid), (mix on-high until combined well).
  3. In another bowl, whisk together, the cocoa powder, swerve, espresso, baking powder and salt.
  4. Slowly, pour the dry ingredients into the wet (mix on-high until combined), then carefully stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Grease your baking dish (8 by 8), and then pour half the brownie mixture into the pan (Set aside remaining mixture).
  6. Topping (Cheesecake): In a mixer add the cream cheese, egg, swerve, stevia (vanilla liquid) and vanilla extract (blend until smooth).
  7. Pour half the cheesecake topping onto the brownie mixture.
  8. Pour the remaining brownie mixture.
  9. Carefully pour the other half of the cheesecake mixture on top.
  10. Use a butter knife to swirl the brownie mixture and cheesecake topping together to create a effect.
  11. Top chocolate chips if desired before baking (Decoration).
  12. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  13. Let cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan and Enjoy!


#6 Sugar Free Banana Cream Pie Cupcakes

These healthy banana cupcakes are sugar free, gluten free, grain free and nut free too.

  • ⅓ C whey protein powder.
  • ¾ C Coconut Flour (Bob’s Red Mill).
  • ½ C butter (softened).
  • ⅓ C banana (mashed).
  • 8 eggs.
  • ½ tsp baking powder.
  • 1 tsp banana extract.
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • ¼ C Swerve Sweetener.
  • 1 tsp Stevia (vanilla liquid).


  • 1 tsp banana extract.
  • ¾ C heavy cream.
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened).
  • a pinch of salt.
  • ½ tsp Stevia (vanilla liquid).
  • Sugar Free Vanilla Wafers (=> Optional decoration).


  1. Set the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a food processor place together the banana extract, eggs, vanilla liquid stevia plus banana (mashed) and process until well combined (Set aside).
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, whey protein powder, swerve sweetener, baking powder, and salt (mix well until combined).
  4. Combine the wet with the dry ingredients in the food processor and then add in the butter (softened), and process until-combined-well.
  5. Grease a 12 muffin/cupcake liners and pour mixture evenly into each.
  6. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes or until a wooden toothpick in center comes out clean.
  7. Now, let cool fully before adding filling.
  8. To make filling: Add together the cream cheese, banana extract, vanilla liquid stevia and salt into a mixing bowl (mix on high speed until-smooth).
  9. Pour in ¾ C heavy cream, and mix on high speed (until mixture is whipped).
  10. Use an apple corer or a knife to core the cupcakes for filling (discard center or eat 🙂
  11. Pour the filling into a piping bag (or a plastic bag with the corner cut) and fill the center of each cupcake, continuing to cover the top of each as well.
  12. keep the cupcakes refrigerated (until you’re ready to serve it) and Enjoy!


#7 Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

Sugar-free, gluten-free, pumpkin pie recipe, that is perfect for diabetics and anyone else trying to avoid sugar or gluten.

  • ¾ C Erythritol.
  • 1 tsp. ground Cinnamon.
  • ½ tsp. ground Ginger.
  • ¼ tsp. ground Cloves.
  • ½ tsp. Salt.
  • 1 can (15 oz) 100% pure Pumpkin.
  • 2 large Eggs.
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk (12oz).
  • One 9 inch pie.
  • coconut crust (baked recipe below).

Ingredients (Coconut pie crust).

  • ¼ C Butter.
  • 1 ¼ C Finely shredded coconut (Macaroon kind).

Instructions (Coconut pie crust).

  1. Melt Butter.
  2. Pour butter into small mixing bowl along with the shredded coconut.
  3. Mix together until butter is blended evenly into coconut.
  4. Pour into pie pan and press firmly into the bottom of it.
  5. Bake for about 5 minutes or just until coconut is made a little brown around the edges.


  1. Mix together in a small bowl Erythritol, spices and salt. Set aside.
  2. Beat in large bowl the egg. Stir in spice mixture and pumpkin.
  3. Gradually pour in the Evaporated milk.
  4. Pour on top of pie crust.
  5. Bake in a preheated 425F. oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce temperature to 350F.; bake 40-50 minutes or until when knife inserted near center it comes out clean.
  7. Cool for two hours and then serve immediately or refrigerate and Enjoy!


#8 Sugar Free Sponge Cake

Super & easy to make, gluten free, nut free and sugar free sponge cake.

  • ¼ C coconut flour (Bob’s Red Mill).
  • ½ C Swerve sweetener.
  • ¼ C vanilla protein powder (Jay Robb’s 1 scoop).
  • 9 eggs (separated).
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted & cooled).
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest.
  • ½ tsp cream of tartar.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • ½ tsp baking soda.
  • 1 tsp Stevia (vanilla liquid).
  • fresh berries, strawberries.. & sugar-free whipped cream (=> Optional toppings).


  1. Heat oven to 350’F and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
  2. In a stand mixer add the cream of tartar and egg whites, blend until stiff peaks form (Set aside).
  3. Mixture (1): in another bowl place together the egg yolks, vanilla liquid stevia, vanilla extract and lemon zest (whisk until combined).
  4. Mixture (2): in another bowl, place together the coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, swerve confectioners, baking soda and salt (whisk until combined).
  5. Combine the mixture (1) and mixture (2) together until smooth.
  6. In small portions a little at a time, gently fold the egg whites into the mixture (1) and mixture (2) Note: be careful not to over-mix and deflate your egg whites.
  7. Drizzle the cooled, melted butter on the side of the bowl and slowly fold it into the batter.
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan, now bake for 30 mins (or until top is golden and a wooden toothpick in center comes out clean).
  9. Allow the cake to cool fully before removing (Adding optional toppings).
  10. Keep cake refrigerated and Enjoy!


#9 Sugar Free Black Grape Chiffon Dessert

Don’t worry about the corn starch used in the recipe. Besides, when you cut the grapes in half, you really aren’t having too many anyway.

Sugar Free Avocado Chocolate Mousse


  • 1 ½ C water.
  • ½ C sugar substitute.
  • 3 tbsp Corn Starch.
  • 1 small packet of Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin.
  • 2-3 C cut black seedless grapes.
  • ¼ C cream or whole milk (organic, optional).


  1. In a saucepan add the water, sugar substitute and corn starch.
  2. Put the heat on Med./High. Stirring often until it thickens.
  3. Take the pan off the heat, stir in the gelatin and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the grapes then add the cream (or milk.)
  5. Put in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Serve with a drizzle of cream or milk and Enjoy!


#10 Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding

This chocolate pudding for everyone to enjoy! Creamy, luscious, smooth.. mmm. It’s so easy, i promise, it’s worth it!

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • ½ avocado.
  • 1 banana.
  • (Optional): ½ tsp Stevia (liquid chocolate).
  • (Optional Toppings): nut free, chocolate chips, berries, coconut flakes (unsweetened)…


  1. In a food processor, combine avocado and banana (blend until smooth).
  2. Now, add the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and the cocoa powder (blend again until combined).
  3. Finally, serve with or without your favorite toppings (nut free, chocolate chips, berries, coconut flakes) and Enjoy!


#11 Sugar Free Avocado Chocolate Mousse

This avocado chocolate mousse make it nice and thick, also make this delicious dessert dairy-free, refined sugar free and much lower in saturated fat.

Sugar Free Black Grape Chiffon Dessert


  • 1 avocado (pitted & peeled).
  • ½ C almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ¼ C cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  • ⅛ tsp salt.
  • ¼ tsp liquid chocolate Stevia or vanilla (sweetener of choice).
  • (optional) non-dairy whipped topping.

To garnish (optional):

  • Fresh berries or strawberries.
  • Grated chocolate (unsweetened).


  1. Add all ingredients into a Magic Bullet or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Top with whipped topping (optional).
  3. Refrigerate until needed and Enjoy!


#12 Sugar Free Raspberries and Cream

This sugar free raspberries and cream recipe is so simple, you won’t believe it and some might say it is not really a recipe.

  • ¼ C heavy cream.
  • ¼ C black currants.
  • ¼ C raspberries or blackberries (fresh).
  • liquid Stevia to taste (if desired).


  1. In a bowl, place together the heavy cream, black currants, raspberries and liquid stevia, (Mix) and Enjoy!




#1 Sugar Free Vanilla Bean Frappuccino

These sugar-free vanilla bean creme frappuccino are low carb and without added sugar, and anyone will be happy to enjoy this recipe, children or adults!

Sugar Free Vanilla Bean Frappuccino


  • 1 ½ tsp Stevia (vanilla liquid).
  • 1 vanilla bean (split a bean lengthwise and seeds scraped out).
  • 2 C vanilla almond milk (unsweetened).
  • 2 C ice (crushed).
  • 1 C heavy whipping cream.
  • (Optional) topping: whipped-cream + chocolate shavings.


  1. In bowl of an electric mixer, add all ingredients together (except ice).
  2. Blend on high-speed for just a few seconds to combine well.
  3. Add all ingredients together and combine well, then add crushed ice and blend again for a just a minute to mix thoroughly.
  4. Taste it and adjust stevia if it needs to be sweeter or less and Enjoy!


#2 Sugar Free Coconut Vanilla Ice Cream

This sugar free Ice cream is the best because of course, its sugar-free, and best of all its low in carbohydrates! It was/is easy to make and is definitely one of my favorite recipes ever! Ice cream is a treat that almost every one can enjoy.

Sugar Free Coconut Vanilla Ice Cream


  • 2 cans, organic coconut milk (unsweetened).
  • One vanilla bean.


  1. First, shake the coconut milk before you use it (to incorporate the watery and thick layer).
  2. Line a rimmed baking-sheet with parchment-paper and pour the coconut milk onto it, then freeze for a few hours (until hard).
  3. Once frozen, peel off the parchment-paper and break the frozen coconut milk into chunks.
  4. Now, in a food processor add the coconut milk (process until smooth), Scrape down the sides (process once more if necessary).
  5. Take the vanilla bean pod, slice it open (with a small paring knife) and remove seeds, and then add to the processor (process until seeds are mixed well) and continue processing, until desired ice cream texture is achieved and Enjoy!

Note: Serve immediately.


#3 Sugar Free Peach Protein Smoothie

If you aren’t on a low carb diet, by all means use the real deal. Frozen peaches will create an incredible sugar free smoothie. But if you are trying to watch carbs and calories.

Sugar Free Coconut Vanilla Ice Cream


  • ¼ C almond milk (unsweetened).
  • ½ C plain greek yogurt (non-fat).
  • 1 C peaches (frozen).
  • ½ C liquid egg whites (100% pasteurized).
  • 2 droppers Stevia (liquid vanilla).


  1. In a blender add together the greek yogurt, liquid egg whites, almond milk, frozen peaches and liquid vanilla stevia (blend until smooth) and Enjoy!


#4 Sugar Free lemonade

The majority of lemonade is loaded with “sugar” Sometimes more than soda. This is a much healthier way to enjoy it.


  • 1 C pure lemon juice.
  • 1 C ice.
  • 2 C water.
  • Stevia and mint leaves to taste.
